Overnight Cold Weather Sheltering Available
For the following dates: 1/15 and 1/17-1/20
Due to overnight temperatures at or below 35°F, and based on guidance from local health experts, local governments and community partners will open overnight shelters to keep people experiencing homelessness safe.
All shelters will follow CDC safety guidelines and work closely with Leon County Emergency Management. Safety measures include spaced sleeping areas, face coverings, and increased cleaning.
Anyone needing a cold-night shelter should go to the location that fits their household:
Single Adults (18+):
The Kearney Center

Families (at least one adult and one child):

You must arrive at the appropriate location between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
